I am an Istanbul-based attorney who shaped her legal practice inside the private sector. The experience I gained within corporate groups and holding structures taught me to assess the technical dimension of the law together with the realities of business.
I advise corporate and individual clients on civil litigation, the law of obligations, corporate law and data protection (KVKK/GDPR). Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in English and Turkish, managing company formation and governance processes, and designing internal compliance programmes are at the centre of my daily practice. I am also actively involved in cross-border commercial transactions involving Germany and the United States — including agreements between foreign companies with no connection to Türkiye.

No. A significant part of my practice consists of advising on commercial contracts and corporate matters regardless of jurisdiction — including agreements between two foreign companies with no Türkiye nexus. Representation before courts, mediation bodies and other legal authorities, however, is provided in Türkiye, where I am admitted to practice.
Yes. With a power of attorney (which can be issued at a Turkish consulate or via apostille), I can represent you before Turkish courts and authorities without you having to travel to Türkiye. Court representation is provided in Türkiye.
Yes. I advise foreign companies doing business in or with Türkiye — from contract negotiation and company formation to employment, data protection and regulatory compliance. Communication can be conducted entirely in English.
